🌍 Seismology Skill Building Workshop: Deprem Bilimi ve Bilimsel Hesaplama Eğitimi

 Hello and welcome to the Seismology Skill Building Workshop!

This email provides instructions on how to log into the interactive learning management system that we will use for helping you to build your seismology and scientific computing skills.  The website for this system is:

When you reach this website, it will ask for a username and password to log in.  Your username will be the first part of your email address you are receiving this email from: the part before the @ sign and it must be converted to only in lowercase letters.  Your initial password will be EarthScope-2025 and then you will be asked to change it once you log in.

After you log in, you should get started on Module 0 by clicking on the Orientation - Tutorial 1 that will provide instructions on the workshop and the computing system using an interactive question and answer format.  After completing this, you should also do the Pre-Test - Tutorial 2 to help us understand your background capabilities.  

Please use the Slack messaging system to get help if you have any difficulties with logging in or with the initial assignments.  If you reply to this email, it is more likely to get lost in the shuffle.
